'82 to '85
I played both guitar & keys on it.
But, since we had in in our last set, the singer would be losing his voice (playing 2 or 3 times a week).
So, I'd have to sing it. Loved doing it, but the harmonies are so important to the song that it never sounded right because my high harmony was missing.
The guitar solo on this song is excellent. It creates it's own theme, like a song within a song. Well thought out, well executed.
Guitar player's name is Bill Spooner. He's a descendant the British clergyman for whom the linguistic termspoonerism was coined
