BLOODROCK reunion (D.O.A.)

I showed this to my wife a while ago and she said, "That looks like Uncle Stevie!"
I said, "It is."
Turns out she knew these guys back in the day. Her older sister dated Stevie Hill for a while and my wife was known by the band as the "little sister". Her sister ended up marrying Stevie's brother and had a daughter with him. My wife spent a lot of time with her sister and her neice and naturally Stevie was known as Uncle Stevie.
She also knew the Hill family pretty well.

I never met Stevie who passed in 2013 but I met his brother and know the neice well.

The reunion concert was in 2005; the band still sounded great and Jim Rutledge's voice sounded as good as it did in '71.

I was checking the background of Toto’s sax player on their current tour - Warren Ham.
Turns out he played with Bloodrock in the 70s as well.
