My favorite part of the intro is when the second police car coming around the corner ever-so--briefly fishtails while making the turn. No idea why I like it so much, I just do.

I know I've mentioned this before: I was so in love with Captain Furillo. I thought he was the perfect man. I also got the biggest kick out of Renko and Belker; and Bobby Hill sure didn't hurt the eyes. Faye didn't bother me; she was just high-strung. The only main character I wasn't too fond of was Calletano; he was never happy, constantly whining, "Oh Frank, I must protest." And I never liked Buntz either, although I did like Sipowicz on NYPD Blue. Dennis Franz played them both.

I had a friend I worked with at a restaurant and all night we'd go around saying "Hey, Frank-ee!" just like Jesus!

Be careful out there!
