1. That channel is posting almost nothing but AI slop now, and while that Nov. 2024 upload just says it's

"newly dubbed" it isn't the actual recording. I found a Reddit thread with an older video that wasn't tampered with.

I'll put the video that was posted on Reddit below, and would appreciate it if you'd replace the video in the OP with it, or with another one that wasn't tampered with.

That particular channel's been on YouTube for years, but has apparently stopped posting real music in favor of AI slop, with some but not all of the AI slop identified as AI. So they're stealing views from real artists.

If you don't like the video below, which was uploaded in 2017 and has more than half a million views on YouTube, I'm sure there must be others on YouTube that the channel owner didn't tamper with (and where the channel owner isn't currently filling the channel with AI slop).

The owner of the channel you linked to there was already using AI (KI in German, Künstliche Intelligenz) by the time they posted that video of New York Groove. Anyway, I'd prefer not to direct DUers to anyone on YouTube unethical enough to be generating a lot of fake music.

3. I can see the AI now.

His face looks fake when they zoom in on his singing and somehow the whole thing looks out of sync.

Damn, I hate AI...and the AI peddlers who thought it would be great to make these unethical, deceptive tools available so they can enrich themselves while destroying so much. They've done so much harm in just a few years.

6. Stereo sound for TV programs wasn't common till the 1980s, a couple of decades after that record

was released.
