John Prine has ALWAYS been my favorite songwriter. His partnership with Steve Goodman (who died in 1984) led to some wonderful American anthems. His talent has endured. He still fills concert halls.

relative who went through similar issues though not quite as extreme and is just getting back to regular life. She was often told in her youth how much she resembled the rising star, Bonnie Raitt. Coincidence sort of.
