And you're right, they did have a number of excellent songs back in the day ...

This was my favorite of their hits ...

The best show was around 2002. They were at the Vic in Chicago's north side.
Went alone. Got a table dead stage center, just at the raised floor where the dance floor ended.
I was 30 feet from where Cy was singing.
I actually worked on tone, chorus, and EQ with a Tele to get Jamie's super glassy guitar tone.
I either go with super duper clean, thin & transparent or pedal to the metal distortion. My guitar playing is never in between!
Jamie & Andy Stewart made me do it!
