This LP is such a delight, perfect blend of symphonic and acid rock, giving birth to Art Rock on our side of the pond, Prog(ressive) Rock over there. Greg Lake’s vocals, Ian Anderson’s flute, clarinet, bass clarinet, sax, piano, organ harpsichord AND Mellotron, and of course the Mastermind Robert Fripp, the Man Who Would Be King, tearing up a Les Paul while seated on a stool.

Oh and fantastic, cohesive Devilish lyrics to match that music from Peter Sinfield.

Last time I saw KC on most recent American tour, we got 21st Century Schizoid Man and ITCOTKC, including Epitaph. The band looked like bankers.

The Lennon/Claypool Delirium delivered a superb live performance of this when I saw them. A group of 20-something gals near me were raving, dancing with upraised arms. I was thinking this music was new when their parent were in diapers 😆...

BTW, Marbles Falls, as in Texas? I’m in Austin. 🤘🏼.
