1. I remember the first time I heard Ten Years After... I was in high school, wasn't big into music

back then -- had grown up in a country and pop music household -- and my first reaction was "who is this and where can I find more?"

Of course, I had that reaction to a bunch of bands where characters weren't present in my house.

Interestingly, this song was featured in the last few minutes of the last episode of The Blacklist on Friday.

I'm usually too engrossed to pay attention to the music.

The last time I really noticed the music was when they played Shady Grove by Jerry Garcia and David Grisman for the "Orion Relocation Services" episode.

Ten Years After was a great choice for this week's scene.
