Related: About this forumDo stores still sell cassette players?
I have scores of cassette tapes with good stuff still on them.
My player croaked. I don't want to throw away all that music.
Any suggestions?

(972 posts)but the quality wont be nearly as good as what you have. My portable cassette player still works with headphones but time is against me.
If the quality of your tapes is good consider buying a player that will convert your tapes to digital. They have them for VHS tapes but I dont if they have them for cassettes or if they have more than basic transfer features.
Good luck!!
