This recording is from the tour Herbie Hancock did with Chick Corea in the early 1980s. On this recording, they play a piano duet of "Maiden Voyage."

I saw this tour at NYC's Carnegie Hall and it was quite an event. After intermission, Chick gestured at the two large grand pianos facing one another and asked the audience, "How do you like our sound system?!"

It's the only time I've been in Carnegie Hall where audience members were openly passing joints.

I'm envious of your experience , the closest I can come to that would be a street dance in Seattle in the late 60's with the Youngbloods and Santana-a good time was had by all.
