(23,244 posts)... for anyone else to even dare to cover this song. In fact, I once broke a record over my knee in the record store of some thugs that did a disco cover of it.
Then I watched this. I was wrong. They were true to the original, as they should have been.

(22,767 posts)Led Zeppelin quite a bit through the years, and very well. But this song, I still don't know how to feel about it. On one hand I love it, and on the other hand, I heard it and Aerosmith's Dream On so freaking often in my HS senior year drawing and painting classes, the teacher and I were both ready to hide the albums. I guess it's safe to say it depends on my mood when I hear it.

(22,767 posts)since and still can't quite figure out what Robert Plant might be thinking. His face isn't giving anything away at all. Is he sad and thinking about John, wishing he were there? Is he just tolerating this whole thing? I dunno.
