had it on my blue tooth speaker as I smoked some chicken wings on the deck.

Today's libation is Evan Williams BIB on the rocks BTW.

The chicken is dry rubbed with Taijin, Badia Saison Tropical and Saison Completa as well as adobo, chipotle, and garlic powder and it's on a big Weber with offset coals and a 4-inch apple wood chunk in there for smoke.

Apparently, you aren't a mess Sargent with that gore-met lineup for dinner. My dad was a marine cook and when he used to make dinner for us kids, it was always pancakes (heh, heh). Enjoy. BTW, a nice tune from you. I just love their style and sound.
