Both of us, long b4 we even knew one another, were big fans of his band & music.

5. Good for you, Sly & the band were so talented,

original and brought a lot of enjoyment. As a teen I saw them perform and briefly met some of the band and roadies afterwards through a contact at the concert venue.

What a thrill for young admirers. I remember Cynthia, Larry and some others who were around for a little while. When I was in a hallway, Sly walked right past me and I could hardly believe it.
