Fun live performance.
I like the Fillmore version better because of Frampton's guitar playing.
But, this was good to see.

When they became Steve's band a truly great frontman was given the opportunity to show how great he was.
In the late '60's/early'70's the big labels lost their iron grip on what was played or not. Then you could call stations and request obscure tunes to be played and if they were on hand the DJs were happy to play them.
Then Frampton Comes Alive came out and it was played on any station you could dial in. Played it incessantly.
Then I knew radio freedom was done for. And shortly thereafter you couldn't go anywhere without hearing The Bee Gees.
