I guess technically it is a wind instrument but it seems almost like a keyboard sounds. Very cool

I saw her in a city in the Netherlands on Orange Day. Don't remember the city, but I sure remember her and her partner singing and acting crazy and they had the whole place in their hands. Awesome and so fun.

Taking nothing away from what she's doing, it doesn't sound like bagpipes. Sounds more like an oboe.
Any wind instrument can bend notes, I guess. I only play a little bit of flute. I play things with strings. I'm not good enough to bend notes, so not sure if it can be done.
Reed & brass guys do it all the time.
