What's a good source for new bands?

I'm into most genres including indie, post-rock, ambient, and World music. Are there any good online sites for discovering new music?

When my kids were younger and they had friends over, I'd put music on. I'd overhear their friend say, "Your dad has good taste in music." I try to keep up with new music, but it seems like you have to look harder to discover it. There's plenty of good music being produced, it's just harder to find.
