Just got email from a dealer I know in Delaware. He knows I collect mij made in Japan guitars. I met him at NAMM once then ended up buying a navigator off him couple months later. It's a 59 clone Pics and all deep neck tenon put together with hide glue, just 500$ it is consignment sale. Maybe I should stroll on down to Delaware next Monday check it out , there awesome guitars they give Gibson in Nashville a run on their quality.

But my navigatior has nitro as well as several of my tokais. But somewhere in past I remember a guy telling me japan stopped doing nitro and went to laquer. I do not know if it is true or not , or that they send them to plant in Korea or china to have nitro put on after they are made in Japan. Then shipped back for Japan to add hardware.

I'll have to think about this but I'm on 22:00 bid start Sunday Mondays off and I had to put in for 2 paid personal days tues to Thursday. She will be in Seattle I need be their for the boys.
