I am lucky enough to own a small cottage on Keuka Lake. My late parents, who lived in Rochester, had it built in 1987-88. I never tire of the beautiful views there.

Even tho we live in the greater Chicago area and don't get there very often, I'm not ready to part with the place.

I have some pix of Seneca Lake and of places along the SL Wine Trail. I'll take a look and see if any are suitable to post. Thanks, 3catwoman3!

I just put one up in my cottage, and ordered 2 for my home in Illinois.

I have some shots of Hector Falls, which is on the eastern side of Seneca Lake, north of Watkins Glen. Glenora Falls is on the western side of the lake, across from Hector, and there's a painting of it in the collection. Thanks for the suggestion and the link!

I expected there'd be cooler temperatures in the ravine the day the photo was taken, but like the campground at the top, it was stiflingly hot and humid. And yet, runners were doing their morning jog up the steps to the summit! Watkins Glen forecast calls for a high of 88 today. Here at my home in southeastern PA it's 94. Thanks for viewing!
