More explorations on the lake's beach . . .

The lake is about 5' low. Not much more than normal for this time of year but more than in the past. The swim beach is now almost 50 yards deep and I'm seeing areas that have been under water up to now. So I'm finding more fish bones and skeletons. This one is interestingly transparent in places and seems prismatic when backlighted.

On another note, my desktop is on it's last legs and I've ordered a replacement. Quite an upgrade I think. 2.4 GHz processer goes to 4.2, 4 gb ram goes to 32 and moving from hard drive to SSD. Should be a bit faster than the old one.

This is quite lovely! I love the translucent areas, and the fibrous details. Well done! ♥ CaliforniaPeggy Aug 2022 #1
