cropped the photo then used topaz gigapixel to upsize it 4x.

i prefocused on a bright star before the pass since i knew manual focus wouldnt work
1/2500 at f13 iso 3200

I have a D800, Nikon 150 - 500 and a teleconverter. I will try with a monopod.

I didn't think a photo was possible


Next time it flies over my area....

It's over 200 mies above us and it's only about the length of a football field. I didn't expect to see so much detail. Was tonight your first try?
