I'm in the same boat here in the Chicago suburbs, with all the lights.
I love living in a major metropolitan area for the most part, but this aspect sucks!

What part of the country is this from? (Edit: see where you said Maryland)
I tried to take something with my phone, but it did not come out great. Really wanted to - we had some dust in the air so the Moon was the color of a pale tea (slight amber tinge) and was gorgeous.
