(19,490 posts)I got a 14mm. lens (full frame) to capture rainbows without stitching, so then a double rainbow showed up.
Of course, I use it for other subjects.
Do the stitch next time.

(19,490 posts)A button popped off my 50+ year old Pea Coat recently and I don't think I've sewn it back in.
No periodic maintenance! Will do.
2025 is the 50th anniversary of my discharge from the Coast Guard. And as Herbert T. Gillis would say, "WITH the good conduct medal"
I was already into photography and met a buddy who did part time work in a camera store (Danger, Will Robinson). The base photographer would throw my film into a batch that was already scheduled. Had some fun.
We had another buddy who was into deer hunting, but the two of us were so enthusiastic about photography that he soon was shooting animals with a camera and telephoto lens.
Enjoy your fabulous new location.

(22,567 posts)What a lucky happening and a beautiful capture. I'd love to see this with just the rainbow and the treetops, though the car does add some visual weight to the image, as well as to the narrative of you stopping to take the photo.
