After my Junior Review, I was encouraged to focus even more on abstract images - so here is the final project for the semester (less the 5 which I posted earlier. (The Junior Review is essentially assent from a committee which reviewed my body of work so far that I have what it takes to complete a BFA in photography).

(10,579 posts)You do have a good eye for the abstract. I wish you well with your MFA!

(38,070 posts)I've been doing a lot of black and white with narrow focusing - and all of the reviewer wanted me to go father. So that's what I'm working on - for now.
(It's actually only a BFA I'm working on.)

If I may ask, what camera(s) and lens(lenses) do you work with?

(38,070 posts)A 60 mm Tamron macro lens. (All of these were taken with that setup.)
For B&W film, I use several setups. Mamiya C220 (twin lens reflex), large format (cobbled together - so not a specific brand), pentax K1000, and a Nikon 35mm - can't remember the model with a Nikkor micro 105 mm.
