M1 the crab nebula

about 1000 years ago (in the year 1054) chinese and japanses astronomers saw a new bright star i the sky. so bright it was visible in the daytime, and was the thirst brightest object on teh sky next to the sun and moon. ancient native americans in teh SW also saw it painted some cave drawings of it.
it was visible for 3 weeks in the day and for several months in the night sky before fading.
In the late 1700's astronomers using primitive telescopes notced a fuzt patch where teh bright star was locate. In the 20th century it was confirmed that teh fuzzy path was a nebula that the produced when a star went supernova. scientists have furthe found a neutron star supernova remnant at the center.
A coupl eyears ago scientists further confirmed that the supernova was a rare type known as an electron capture supenova which can only happen in certain lhuge but not to huge stars.
the nebula is designated M1 or the crab nebula. it is 6500 light years away. they exposion tah tcreated it was so powerful that today 1000 years later the cloud of gas is still expanding at almost 1000 miles per second.
this is 24 hours of exposure time in my yard with my asker v telescope
