4. They are all great. The pose in #2 is cool, but I like #3 because the eyes engaged with the camera

....but I had to crop the hanging arm. at the elbow, which kinda sucks. at least in number 2 he/she has a hand showing,

number 1 would be my fave if he had been engaging the camera with direct eye contact.
