Daybreak through the fenceline.

Last edited Tue Jul 14, 2026, 08:39 AM - Edit history (1)

First light appears beyond a short section of the fenceline and some
pine trees that border our property.

I took this picture before the sunrise.
The highlighted fence section is just below mid-frame.

Highlighted fence section close-up.

I had to enlarge the picture to see the fence section since I’m on my very old and small (thank heavens) phone. You all have some of the most amazingly colorful sunsets and sunrises. I’m in SW Florida. We have some beautiful clouds and some color but rarely the deep colors you seem to get out there. Thanks again for sharing.

3. Woven wire. Looks like it is stretched correctly. Stretching barbed wire can be dangerous. Thanks GM.

Cat Stevens and "Morning has Broken"started. playing in my head.
Then I put the second shot on my desktop and made it really big.
What a fabulous photo it is, and the fence makes it even more mysterious.
