Some pictures from the Thunersee, and a renaissance ukelele.

I was fortunate to stay at a nice hotel right on this beautiful lake in Thun, Switzerland.

OK, this isn't a ukelele, it's a renaissance guitar. It's about the same size though. It fit into my suitcase. I took it along with me for fun. I sort of liked how this turned out-the texture of the peach and the clarity of the water.

This is from a concert at a small early music festival in the département of Vendée, in western France.

I like the peach/not-a- ukelele/water photo.

The bottom shot would work in the upcoming contest for "Purple".

In the last one (I also think it could be an entry for "Purple" next month) I look for the Phantom and in my mind's ear I hear the music. It's a wonderful photograph. It looks like you are having yourself a swell time!
