After a couple of really busy months I had the chance to go out on a shoot with a few people in Chinatown. When I got to the park I saw the opportunity to shoot from the hip since everyone was sitting and it's an easy way to get an eye level shot.

I haven't shot from the hip in a while but you can really get a good idea of my camera position in the shot of the two guys playing Xiangqi.

I was going to shoot film this day but my meter battery was dead and the only 2 stores I know that stock it are closed on Saturday so I went for my Leica D-Lux4 and set it on Jpg/Raw with the Jpg set to B&W
