Nice. Is it correct that seniors can get a lifetime pass to our Nat'l Parks for just $10.00? Scuba Nov 2014 #1

...every time I shell out a lot more than that for an annual "Interagency Pass."

It's about the only thing I look forward to about getting older.

First of all, a lot of pressure is taken off when you reach late middle or whatever. I am not rich but my pension and SS give me latitude to relax. It is fun, getting up in the morning and walking to the coffee bar. It is across the street from the train station and I watch the peeps running to the train. Sometimes, I am on the local highway on bumper-to-b traffic and --- I ain't gotta do that every day either.

The grandkids live across the street. Johnny is 2. 'Nuff said, there.

When I want to go on a weekday photography expedition or birding or butterfly trip, the time is there.

It ain't just about the park pass.

I shall eschew identifying the side...

Nice photos. I agree with alfredo; I really like the first one.

Wonder what one of those houses down there cost.

and real estate in Georgia is generally lower than other areas in the Country...

....chatted with one of the Rangers... talking about reenactors (since I know quite a few in Vermont)... I didn't identify my politics and he was going on and on about Tom Cotton- his fellow reenactor who just got elected to Congress I kept it civil for my daughter's sake

My older sister bought one years ago when we were all taking trips together, and we saved so much with all of our trips to National Parks.

I really like the curve in the trail photo. And the last photo is nice too!
