Still didn't see any chicks, but mom and pop posed for me. It's your guess as to which is which. Maybe the top one is the female. 
I'm amazed these are anywhere close to in focus. The wind on the bridge was fierce. I love the inclusion of the pinecone in the nest. Well, after doing a little research, it seems this is the same bird, and she's a female. The females have the "necklace," and the males tend to have a pure white breast.
