I love the reflections in the water in the "looking west" shot, with and without the artistic license.

and as I was playing with the photos I took, it got dark over the ocean and you could see the storm--and lightning--lighting up the sky
way out at sea.

I went out on the beach to wait and see if the clouds would make for a nice sunset: they don't always. I thought the colors were better
the other night, but I didn't get the reflection on the water that night.

Gorgeous. Beautiful images all, but I really like the first one. Reminds me of a Winslow Homer.

beautiful but have to say I really like the artistic license. They look like paintings.

with the post processing. I think it works--given the subject--to have them look more like paintings.

I was curious to see what members of the group thought about them.
