Testing of posting a photo

Okay. It looks like this will work. Not sure about the size though. Not quite big enough for me to enjoy looking at without my glasses on. Will have to figure out how to fix that. I'm posting from the Flicker account I just created, if anyone knows how to work the image size, I would enjoy your feedback. Thanks.

I shot this with my Canon Rebel SL1 EOS 100D

Driving about 65 m.p.h. through Eau Claire, WI with a bug splattered windshield.

As a long time member of DU I don't post often. But I do always vote in the photo contests. I hope to join one at some point.

I chose the photo above because of the layers of storm clouds and depth captured. Somewhere between uploading to Flicker and posting here the magic had been compressed out. I will just keep trying until I figure out how to do it better. Thanks for the rec.

I like to shoot in macro. Bugs are usually a good subject. I agree, I"m glad they are not showing up in thees shots.

you rewrite your OP title to ask for help from flickr users so you can resize the photo.

I had posted a different photo. No wonder why it looked so different.

Click on the image. Down on the bottom right the is a down arrow pointing to a dash. A window will open giving you options. Click all sizes. Select something that will fit on this forum double click or right click. A window will come up with save image URL. That's the one you want.

If you are on mobile click on the curved arrow and choose the appropriate option. I think it is "copy link."

I have a Micro 4/3 so I size my images to 1200X900. For the contests I choose the next smaller option.
