Yes! I get attacked all the time. They have even bumped into my dogs while fighting.

I've planted lots of flowering plants that they enjoy, and for my efforts I'm dive-bombed just about every time I step out the front door.
I've been the spectator at some pretty good dogfights while sitting on the front porch.

I've got photos of two males wrestling in the grass. One hummingbird pins the other.
I have other photos of them fighting in mid-air, one knocking the other one backwards.
Vicious little wonderful birds!
