Shot a few weeks ago. In the first one next to the yacht club the sun rises too far to the right to get a good picture. June is when it rises between the two jetties. Went over the next block at Bearskin Neck and took the second of the lobster boats hauling their catch.

and familiar; i live up the road a piece in glosta, but get to r'port all the time.
in fact, 4th of july some friends and i sat on the rocks at the back harbor watching the moon sliver set over the bonfire, playing and singing oldies. was beyond lovely.
sadly, tho, moving to nashville next month, which will be wicked hard; love love love this place!

(67,782 posts)....but it doesn't seem to work out.
One of those two times was Memorial Day weekend, before most of the restaurants opened for the season. One restaurant set up a "special" meal from what they had in house.
When I saw "Rockport" I had two thoughts - MA or ME. We've visited there, too, but nothing like MA!!
