A Few More From the South of France

Here are some additional pictures from our trip to France in early July. These aren't the best pictures but they do give you a good feel for the countryside.

I also have some photos taken at the Chateau my good friend rented for all of us (18 people total) and some pictures of Barcelona where we stayed for one day. But those will have to wait their turn.

Your third shot reminds me of my time in Germany in the mid-70's, trying to maneuver a large, tracked artillery piece through some very narrow streets without clipping anything...not always successfully, either.


I like the gargoyles in your first shot. Do they also act as downspouts?
