1. Info on the current photo contest will most likely show up near the early part of each month.

This month, I ran the Summer contest in September, for instance.

I first posted about a possible timeline for submissions early in that first week.

You'll need to check back from time to time to see what's happening. Without the search option, it's a bit harder to find stuff, but if you show up early in the month, you should find what you need.

The themes vary. Four seasons mean that four months will have the seasonal theme. The rest of the year the theme will be discussed when the threads for submissions are posted.
