Here I am on a wonderful October Sunday and find this including a shoutout to me.
I am so very touched, and grateful, to not be forgotten.
The photos are beautiful and reach into my heart. Thank you George McGovern.

I'm still struggling with serious eye problems, and some family issues. Have not picked up my camera in months and have not spent much time on DU because my overwrought political involvement has gotten appeased by our new President being in charge and turning out more progressive than i had anticipated. It allowed me to step back and exhale.

I am expecting a good recovery on all fronts, and will not forget that you did not forget me.

I love both photos fiercely, but the second one with its row of trees and the roofs speaks to me especially.
