The softening wasn't entirely something I was working to get! But I'll take your compliments just the same.

I'm experimenting some more with my Nikkor 50 mm 1.4 lens, to see what it can do, and to see what I can get from it.

Or, you could say I'm trying out several different scenarios and seeing how they look and if they work!
