Well, greenhouse-slash-garden center. Hubby was looking for veggie seeds.
They had the most beautiful display of hydrangeas.

(9,797 posts)I have taken great photos in greenhouses because THERE'S NO WIND to make the flowers move around and blur the photo. And often, nice diffuse light makes flowers "glow"

(31,998 posts)My grandmother had a huge shrub of them right in front of her front porch and they were the white ones. So beautiful in the spring. She loved gardening and always had a big vegetable garden and she also grew many flowers, even during the depression when planting flowers was considered a waste of time. Thank you for stirring up that memory!
