There is a way to post it directly, but I'm damned if I can remember how!

On the website I use, the proper way to post a photo is to embed it. You gave us a link, which works, but it's better to be able to see it directly!

One other good move you can make is to "preview" your photo before you post it. That will make absolutely sure that your photo will show immediately upon posting.

Keep at it! It gets easier, I promise.

I see you're using Imgur for your file sharing. Use the link called "direct link," which ends with the .jpg suffix. That will enable us to see the image without having to click on it. If you're using a cell phone to post your pics here the process might be a little different.
