Get a bunch of these at 2750 ft. altitude, but the color adds magic.
Water boils at 207° F, so pasta takes longer to cook.

Never had the opportunity. Safest to travel/fish/photograph with a family or group.
Came from the bay area, so one morning, the home started shaking from an earthquake in Henderson Nevada way far away and right through the Central Sierra. Some surprised people here! Like the San Joachin Valley folks when I show them my snow pix. It snows here about twice a year. Just for fast-moving photographers.
And like that, it's gone.
