and when does the advertising world TURN THEIR FAWKING ADVERTISEMENTS DOWN???

I thought there was some law that mandated ads wouldn’t be louder then the TV show we were watching...... I have to turn the sound down on damn near ALL advertising. 🤬 🤮 🤬 🤮 ☘️

They (the networks and broadcasters) lied when they said the ads weren’t louder. I wish the FCC would hang their asses (by which I mean deny broadcast licenses.) Enough, already.

My mom is hard of hearing and when I was trying to sleep I could tell when a commercial came on the TV in the den under my bedroom. It was very noticeable. The rich will always be able to get the rules changed to their benefit.

What irritates me now are the cheap commercials which used to be shown at 3 AM are now the norm. Did advertising budgets drop during Covid or is it the result of tRump and My Pillow Guy? The majority look like a high school student made the ads, either that or two guys talking to you like they are your regular, trustworthy "dudes" in-the-know.
