Who is this actress.

Okay this has been driving me nuts. I caught the promo clip for NBCs the Irrationals. I know I recognize the actress who plays the female character who says she wants Jesse L Martin's character to solve her "murder." For the life of me though I can't remember her name or what I have seen her in. I checked IMDB and other sites that have cast lists, but the lists are incomplete, and she's not listed. She's only in the very first few seconds of the clip. Can anyone solve this mystery for me? I hate when I can't remember things. It is her. The Irrationals does show up in her personal credits. Looking at her filmography she was in a number of my past favorite shows.

I recognized her from an episode of Everybody Loves Raymond as one of the moms of his daughter's friends. Looked up the episode and she was listed and then had that show listed under her credits!

12. The episode where Ray refuses to yeild

the prime cookie-selling spot to her character, and later has to be rescued by Deb, was epic. She was maybe in four episodes, but she left an indelible mark on the show.

Bosch, but it turns out looking at her filmography that she was in a lot of shows I used to watch like E.R., Crossing Jordan, and Law and Order. I think it must have been the Law and Order appearances that niggles at my memory because I have seen most of the episodes with Jerry Orbach and Sam Waterson many many times. I loved their characters Lenny Brisco and Jack MCcoy, a lot

kind of a comedy years ago called Brooklyn Bridge and she was the mother on it. Her name is Amy Aquino, and she was also on Judging Amy and several other shows.
