I'm not a big Fallon fan, I prefer Jimmy Kimmel or Seth Meyers...

Jimmy Fallon seems uninspired and kind of fake to me...I don't care for his interviewing style...on the other hand I think both Kimmel and Meyers are spontaneous and funny...just me...

Stephen just seems fake to me too….Jimmy Kimmel is really the only host that I watch the whole show no matter who the guest are. He’s got a real natural way of interviewing, like he’s REALLY INTERESTED in his guests, never feel that way with Stephen, or Jimmy Fallon.

So that makes him very different from Kimmel, Colbert and Meyers who have mainly courted the liberals. Partly it's his time-slot inheritance from Johnny Carson and Jay Leno, but I think also it's his own personality.

The Tonight Show writers give Fallon cues or setups, whereas Seth Meyers is probably more spontaneous with his jokes. I always thought Conan O'Brien was excellent in that regard, coming up with off-the-cuff spontaneous comments. Jimmy Fallon not so much.
