I liked the first three, the one on Quebec I didn't find as interesting. The part with the beaver meat grossed me out.

I'd think eating that much maple syrup would make you sick. I've eaten one maple bar doughnut and felt that was enough.

I just looked today and they were still advertising the Quebec episode. I'm not sure when the next new one will be on.

Part of the last 15 minutes is not for the faint of heart. He went to a war museum in Misrata. It was a great episode that talked about the liberation of the country and the wonderful food.

12. The Peru episode was great

His commentary on the Peruvian erotic museum was pretty funny. Bourdain was bragging to his friend about having some kind of erotic art in his home and his French friend quips with a straight face, "I should have known that". Watch out for the cow head at 22:00 minutes in, kind of gross. Also the eyeballs in the market around the 35-36 minute mark were freaky. When Bourdain tries to make it up the mountain toward the end make sure to catch what he says. Very hysterical.

The one in Copenhagen wasn't as interesting as it focused so much on the one guy's restaurant.

Beware of the part where they shoot the pig. My wife didn't like that. Without ruining it for those who haven't seen it, he gets drunk off his ass to the point he can't remember what happened one night.

Next stop Detroit...
