(14,557 posts)I hope it isn't a sign of it's end though.

(4,544 posts)Friday night isn't necessarily a death knell. Fringe survived there for a long time on FOX. It looks like they want to use it as a lead-in for their new "Dracula" series, so that's a good sign in a way.

(17,055 posts)Crisis and The Blacklist might also be good but I can't wait for Ironside's re-boot.

(3,338 posts)Hope it's good. LOVE Parenthood, glad it's back for another season! I watch Grimm because its filmed in Oregon. Gotta give it some love.
Fantastic Anarchist
(7,309 posts)I heard it's really good. I'm going to have to watch it. Yes, I'm embarrassed that I haven't checked it out yet, considering I grew with the guy. He was a few years older than me, but they took me in as their younger kiddo - complete with all the hazing that involved.
Great times, great times.
Little Star
(17,055 posts)I was for never giving it a try. I'm going to break in and try it this season. She says I won't be sorry. It's her favorite show.
Fantastic Anarchist
(7,309 posts)My roommates love it.
I just have so many other things I'm watching, or need to catch up on.
Funny story about the writer and I.
Back in the 80s, I was over at his house, and he had one of those Apple II computers. Remember, I'm about three years younger than him. He has this <very pixelated> missile on his screen, and text that reads like there's a warning. He tells me that the Russians had launched their missiles. Freaked me out. I ran back across the street to my house, where my parents were having a party, and alarmingly told them about our fate. Everyone laughed at me. I couldn't figure out why the hell everyone was resigned to being incinerated and so carefree about it.
Well, let's just say, those missiles never made it to US airspace. Don't know what happened to them, but thank God crisis was averted.
Oh, that Derek.
