but the violent sex is too much for me. Hope Lady Gaga's character will refrain from that the rest of the episodes.

"American Horror Story" has always referenced stories, movies, shows, urban legends and American fears - that is one of the attractions of this anthology, if you like horror!
Just in the premiere episode, saw visual and stylistic references to Kubrick's "The Shining" and the opening scenes of "The Hunger" - sex is always an American horror story!
This is going to be good!
