Anyone know anything about the special election propositions 3/12/13 vote?

In my reading of them, No on alteration of city employee retirement plans. Pugs are in charge.
No on reform of investment standards, another rip off and No on security by private firms to take over on light rail security. No, no and no. And another no to the current $312,000 annual salary on city of phx mngr salary currently being drawn blood sucking tick! NO NO AND NO! Don't forget to vote.
