Has anyone had any luck signing up for Arizona Medicaid expansion?

I've determined I'm eligible, but when I click on the healthcare.org link to go to AZ site its a dead link.

Tried both Chrome and Explorer.

HEAplus "Go Live" is Friday, 10/18/13
A decision was made to "go live" with Health-e-Arizona Plus (HEAplus) on Friday, October 18, 2013. This date was selected because there is lighter system use on Fridays and weekends, making it easier to manage the new system before the heavy work week use starts on Monday.

Before 10/18/13, HEAplus must be updated with application information entered in the current Health-e-Arizona (HEA) system during the prior 2 week period. This will require that access to HEA be stopped at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, October 16, 2013. HEA will not be available on Thursday, October, 17, 2013. We apologize for this inconvenience.
