(55,008 posts)Welcome to the Arizona DU group. I had an alert on this post as possible spam. Would you like to talk about your band or Arpaio a bit? Some conversation would be nice or we may have to lock this.
I have no problem with promotion but you need to do more than just post links.
Thanks!

(55,008 posts)at the State Museum? I bet I know people there, which I could make it. Have fun.
Arpaio censored me from scribd, so i would not be surprised if i got censored here. I have two federal lawsuits against Arpaio and his police state, U.S. District Court (phoenix). One seeks to declare the AZ harassment statute unconstitutional as a First Amendment violation. Arpaio uses this one to silence dissent.

(1,534 posts)I think they just asked you if you had any discussion to go with the topic, rather than merely posting links.
Asking for MORE conversation hardly seems like censorship...
(And I kind of had the same question myself; I couldn't figure out if there was a point to the OP.)

(35 posts)I created in the federal courts, for the first time in U.S. history the individual right to courthouse access (United States Court of Appeals, NYC, Huminski v. Corsones). A google on that case will bring up the type of First Amendment compliance I seek to bring to AZ. I advocate these issues for zero profit and supply my music and videos free of charge. I also take on other constitutional issues.
My other federal lawsuit charges Arpaio with First Amendment retaliation - one of the exact allegations being investigated by the DOJ. -- scott

(10,337 posts)I've had a chance to look this over as I was alerted that it might violate the rules. Personally, as a superpower guy here, I have no problem with it. The issues are relavent. The guy isn't selling anything that I can see and I welcome his participation in the Az. forum.
That's my two cents. I'm open to discussion but I just don't see a problem here.
